We provide state of the art rehabilitation whether it be post operation or to rehabilitate following a painful injury. We work with many of London’s leading sports doctors, surgeons, pain specialists, and strength and conditioning experts to ensure you are at the centre of the recovery.


We specialise in providing excellent care for spinal conditions. Whether it be long term pain or post surgery we integrate a hands on approach with exercise based therapy combining a pilates approach with functional training. This may include joint mobilisation, manipulation, soft tissue releases and needling.


About Simon

Simon is an Australian physiotherapist who graduated from LaTrobe University with a Bachelor Physiotherapy in 1998, he completed his Masters of Sports Physiotherapy in Australia in 2005, and has achieved the sought after title of APA Sports Physiotherapist. He has recently completed a Graduate Certificate in Diagnostic Ultrasound. He likes to scan soft tissue pathology where appropriate including tendon and muscle tears and combines this with clinical reasoning to achieve diagnosis.

Simon is a highly sought after practitioner with over 18 years experience helping drive a busy clinic in Marylebone before creating an exciting partnership with Matt Roberts. He is very pro active in his approach to physiotherapy and sports medicine, he has a strong belief in a hands on approach with specific rehabilitation programmes to return athletes and alike to their chosen activities. He uses a combination of manual techniques, neural mobilisation and manipulation often in conjunction with acupuncture and dry needling. He works with many patients that have failed conservative or surgical management to restore function and return to their chosen lifestyle.

Simon used to compete as a 400m runner and he has competed a stage of the tour de france and enjoys getting out on his bike where possible. With his background he has a special interest and experience in track and field, cycling and football and has a passion for all sports and fitness. He has worked with various international athletes including tennis players, footballers and champion jockeys. He has also travelled and worked extensively with Australian Olympic athletes throughout Europe spending time in Australia’s European Training Centre. He guest lectures at The Royal College of Surgeons and has written two chapters in a sports medicine book. Simon’s special interests are in knee and spinal rehabilitation and tendon pathology with a real emphasis on preventative medicine.

About Shari

Shari Randall completed her four year Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Monash University in Melbourne, Australia. She then later went on to complete a Post Graduate Certificate and Masters in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy at La Trobe University in Melbourne. Shari also has qualified as a Dance Medicine Australia Clinical Pilates Instructor and has completed an array on post graduate courses including dry needling.

Shari is a holistic and experienced Physiotherapist and Clinical Pilates instructor whom has been consulting in private practice and teaching Clinical Pilates since graduating in 2008. During this time, she has specialised in treating patients with complex problems, persistent pain, and hypermobility spectrum disorders. She has also worked with many athletes, from triathletes, ironmen and women, cyclists, swimmers, dancers, runners, mountaineers & climbers, footballers, rugby players, and sailors as well as including Olympic Fencers to name a few. She has also worked in several private hospitals in Melbourne treating patients before and after spinal surgeries, joint replacements, arthroscopes, tendon repairs, amputation, and traumatic injuries. Shari also has vast experience in treating pre and post-natal mothers; in addition to this she also has experience in exercise therapy for the older population.

As well as her clinical work, Shari has held teaching posts and has been a clinical examiner at both Monash and La Trobe Universities for undergraduate and postgraduate students. In London Shari is an invited examiner for the Sports Masters program at Queen Mary University and the Institute of Sports Exercise and Health with University College London. She is also the London Clinical Supervisor for the Sports and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Masters Program with La Trobe University.

In London, Shari works closely with the leading Spinal and Orthopaedic Surgeons from various specialties, as well as Pain Specialist Consultants, Sports Doctors, and Rheumatologists.

Shari treats patients of all ages and fitness levels with musculoskeletal pain or sporting injuries. However, her specialty is treating complex patients with multiple issues and persistent pain, in particular those patients with spinal pain.

In her free time Shari enjoys reformer Pilates, barre, yoga, running, tennis, skiing and was previously a competitive sailor.

About Elle

Elle graduated from Curtin University, Western Australia, and has worked in a number of private practices and hospitals, both in Australia and London as a Senior Physiotherapist. She has had extensive experience in treating acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions including working closely with a number of professional Football Clubs in Australia.

Elle brings a holistic approach to her clients’ treatment and management by incorporating Physiotherapy, manual techniques, Clinical Pilates and Functional exercise rehabilitation.

Using a creative repertoire of exercises based in the gym/Pilates studio, Elle can successfully target all components of her clients’ goals to ensure the appropriateness and specificity of her client’s rehabilitation. She has worked with a huge variety of clients with goals – whether that’s to walk again post operatively or to improve performance in kick boxing, ballet, netball, jujitsu, rugby and more.

Elle is particularly passionate about working closely with motivated clients to help them achieve their goals and sharing their success.

About Gina

Gina Haynes is a South African physiotherapist and pilates instructor who relocated to London in 2018. She has always had a special interest in musculoskeletal and sports related injuries and conditions. She has done extensive courses in manual therapy and movement control and incorporates both of these in to her everyday practice. As a physiotherapist she feels passionate about getting people to move their bodies correctly to reduce pain, improve their functioning and enhance their sporting abilities.

Gina has always been active herself and has participated in numerous sporting and recreational activities over the years. She understands that this does not come naturally to many people and aims to help everyone to improve their confidence and movement.


Graduating as a Physiotherapist in 2012, Teresa is passionate about movement and has been working as a Pilates instructor since 2016 and Kinetic Control therapist since 2018.

With several manual therapy courses, mainly into myofascial release, Teresa works on every movement and postural dysfunction with a hands-on approach and a detailed and individualised rehabilitation programme. She uses lots of muscle and fascial techniques to modulate pain and improve mobility to maximize strength and function.

About Sam

After graduating in 2008 with a BSc Hon. Physiotherapy, Sam worked within the NHS for several years consolidating his knowledge in musculoskeletal, orthopaedics rehab, neurological rehab, and respiratory and critical care.

Sam now specialises in sports and musculoskeletal medicine and treats a wide variety of patients, from office workers with postural conditions, to weekend warriors with tendon, ligament or bony injuries using hands-on manual therapy, dry needling and exercise prescription to achieve outstanding results.

He specialises in amateur and professional athletes with acute injuries, providing progressions post-surgery and return-to-play protocols.

Originally from London, Sam has spent the last few years working in Ireland where he gained a wealth of experience working with Cork City FC and Munster rugby players. He also treated the Cork U19 Gaelic Athletic Association Football Players and has recently taken up a physiotherapy role with Crystal Palace Football Club.

As a county standard swimmer growing up, Sam understands the importance of physical fitness and mental wellbeing and keeps fit both in the gym and running, completing the 2017 London Marathon. Sam has also competed in the British Indoor Rowing Championships and several triathlons.

About Nicole

Nicole completed her Physiotherapy training at Monash University Australia, and worked in both public and private sectors across Australia and the UK, where she moved in 2017.  

She has been trained in Pilates, dry needling and sport specific rehabilitation, with particular experience within the performing arts sector. She has worked in the West End, on touring productions, and in the TV and film industry.

Nicole has specialist training in laryngeal physiotherapy, which is used to assist vocal health for those who may be struggling with symptoms such as vocal fatigue, loss of range, or breathy tone among others. 

She enjoys combining her manual therapy skills alongside a creative approach to exercise therapy to ensure specificity to each patient with an emphasis on returning athletes, entertainers and weekend warriors to their previous athletic pursuits and even beyond!

In her spare time, Nicole enjoys triathlons, snowboarding, aerial hoop and painting. 

About Chloe

With a degree in Sports Therapy, Chloe combines her manual therapy skills with her knowledge of movement and exercise in her approach to client care.

Since graduating Chloe has worked in private healthcare clinics across London, providing sports massage, clinical treatment and exercise rehabilitation for various musculoskeletal conditions.

Michelle graduated from Kings College London in 2005 and after 5 years working in the NHS, moved into private Practice, where she has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience from working with a board range of clients with varying needs and goals.

Michelle’s passion is in reducing pain and enabling her patients to recover from injury, move more efficiently, return to full fitness, and optimise their performance. Her area of expertise is in the assessment and treatment of movement dysfunction, and working with clients to improve their mobility, strength, and control in recovery from or prevention of injury.
She has an excellent reputation with leading Orthopaedic Consultants and Sports Doctors for the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions as has extensive experience treating clients pre-operative and post-operative rehabilitation, specifically spinal, hip and knee and shoulders. She also has a keen interest in working with clients who suffer with hypermobility related injuries. 
She has completed courses in both mat work and equipment-based Pilates which she incorporates into her treatments, and is experienced in working in antenatal care.  Michelle also has a certificate in Strength and Conditioning Training and is qualified in dry needling (AKA acupuncture). Treating clients holistically, combining manual therapy, with exercise-based treatments enables her to provide tailor made programmes to ensure her patients recover as rapidly as possible. Her ultimate goal is to arm her clients with the understanding and tools on how to make their bodies work for them, and how to reduce the risk of injury in the long term.
